P&C
The P & C aims to promote the welfare of the school and assist liaison between school and home by providing for community education and schooling, by providing a forum for discussion and participation in education decision making and by providing funds for items not supplied by the Department of Education and Training. It provides the machinery for election of parent representatives on the Board and a parent group.
The P & C encourages new and current parents to become involved. It is an excellent way to get to know other parents and staff and to understand how the school operates. The P & C and school always welcome new ideas and discussion on school policies and fund raising.
The general Meetings are held once a term and Executive Meetings twice a term. The P & C is always ready to welcome new faces, fresh input and ideas.
The P & C's fundraising efforts provide substantial support in supplementing the school's budget and allowing innovative programs to continue, expand or commence.
